"From chaos to calm"

Hey,

        Today i am going to discuss about "ACCEPTANCE" that how we can accept the situation, it just a game of acceptance for those who are suffering from anxiety attacks and panic attacks, remember, acceptance is not surrender.  

It is a powerful strategy to regain and take control over own minds who are sufferings from mantal conditions we all know that if it wants to kill us, it would not linger for years. it will not take too much time or a years. every time it comes to tell us that it will kill us. but not this time, enough, now we are going to tell those fears that we are not affraid, it is time to backfire it is time to say if you want to kill me, (KILL) 

I know it is damn easy to say, those are going through this fear they knows how tough it is.

Speaking from personal experience i am telling you once you said i am not afraid of you, you won't kill me, i am safe, it just a feeling, it will pass, nothing is going to be happen, once you said this i guaranty within moments the intense grip of fear often subsides.

We can say it is a journey of fight for some minutes but those who are suffering from this only they knows how long it takes. it would be your journey "from chaos to calm".
