"How to be your own cheerleader on bad days"

As we all know having a bad days it's a part of life and it's normal it's not a big deal at all... if you don't know then u have to know about this. 

The best part of best days are that they are temporary remember that nothing can be last forever. 

Now the point is how can we make them cheerful? We have two options 1, we feel depressed about it 2, make it normal and cherished, now it's upto us lovelies.

Here are some points.

1, Sit and start with self-talk, e.g tell yourself that it's normal and i can do this or i am allowed to rest, I've overcome hard days before i can do this again.

2, Appreciate your small wins, Appreciate yourself like you win any battle, e.g brushing your hair, changing clothes, brushing your teeth etc appreciate every small thing you do because you are trying and that's is appreaciatable. 

3, Call your friend and talk to her, take a shower, go for a walk, drink your favorite juice, it will boost your mood
